Just around the corner...

Just around the corner is my opportunity to shine, just around the corner is my dream job, just around the corner is the boy that is going to sweep me off my feet. I've realized over the past few months that I am never going to be just around the corner because in life there are no corners. We're always moving forward. Yeah, there will be slants some more steep than others but we're always headed somewhere that we've never been.

Once I stopped focusing on what was just around the corner I became more aware of what was currently around me. I realized everything I needed...I had!

Stop stressing about what tomorrow holds, focus on what you are doing today. The little things in life are what matter the most. If you feel that you do meaningless task throughout the day that you are over qualified for be grateful because there are thousands of people that wish they could be doing those task. Just think if you came into work one day and the sidewalk wasn't shoveled...if the paper towels weren't replaced...if the floors weren't swept. You make a difference!
